Don't mess with UNC Wilmington. Not when they're angry. Not when they're wet.

It turns out the Tulane Green Wave — UNC Wilmington's opponent — weren't the only weather phenomenon to blow into the Baton Rouge regional on Sunday, as heavy rain forced a delay. But that did not daunt the Seahawks.

Instead, they used the spare time to showcase their best wrestling moves. And who needs a pitcher's elbow when you can have The People's Elbow?

Not to be outdone, Tulane decided to hoop it up — a little surf and Nerf for the Green Wave, if you will.

The takeaway: Apparently every sport but baseball is fair game in the rain. File this under ways to get the whippersnappers watching.
