Jose Reyes isn't retiring just yet.

The infielder hopes to join a team before spring training to play out his 17th season in the MLB, according to a report from Newsday, which cites an unidentified source who may be David Wright.

Reyes has played 12 of his 17 seasons with the Mets. He left in 2012 and spent some time with the Marlins, Blue Jays and Rockies before returning to New York in 2016.

The four-time All-Star played in 110 games in 2018 and batted just .189. He totaled four home runs and 16 RBIs on the season.

Reyes, now 35, will survey his options to find a club interested in his talents.
