Sporting News' Sean Deveney is reporting that two-time NBA Champion Chris Bosh is considering resuming his NBA career in Los Angeles to play with James.

Bosh has been inactive since 2017 after having his career put on hold by recurring blood clots. The blood clots put him at risk, which ultimately pushed him out of his max contract with the Miami Heat.

Bosh, 34, has remained vocal about wanting to return to the league and that he should be allowed to do so. The NBA has a clause that doesn't allow players to play in games with life-threatening injuries or illnesses, which is the reason Bosh remains on the sidelines.

According to Deveney Bosh could petition the league to be eligible to make a return. Should Bosh get cleared and decided to play in L.A. it would reunite him with not only James but his former agent and current Lakers GM Rob Pelinka.

Bosh is an 11 time all-time with career averages of 19.2 points, 8.5 rebounds over 13 seasons in the NBA.

*All signings will not be official until the end of the NBA moratorium period on 7 July (AEST).
