In the wake of radio host Jackie O Henderson’s on-air apology to Kieran Foran, the Up The Hoist team have weighed in with their take on the social media-fuelled speculation surrounding the star half’s split from his partner, Rebecca Pope.

“What irritates me - and it hurts – is to see scurrilous rumours about some of his teammates that are out there,” said Zorba, a close friend of Foran’s from their time together at Manly.
"They’re not true and it’s hurtful.
“And that’s what irritates me about social media. What a gutless, pea-hearted mob they are that just sit there and makes lies up about other people.”
