Josh Hoffman has landed in the blue and gold after being told midway through the season he is surplus to requirements at the Titans.

It was reported in June that up to 15 Titans had been given permission to look elsewhere next season, with Hoffman, co-captain William Zillman and David Mead among those getting the tap on the shoulder.
Hoffman still had a year to run on his Titans contract but the new three-year deal with Parramatta is expected to be unveiled in the next 24 hours, pending NRL approval.
The 28-year-old is no stranger to being moved on to make space for a big-name fullback, with Wayne Bennett releasing the former Kiwi Test centre after Darius Boyd joined the Broncos.
Hoffman played all 25 Titans this year, with the majority of those at right centre.
It’s hoped Hoffman can take some of the pressure off the diminutive Bevan French as the speedy fullback adjusts to the NRL.
