A court appearance doesn’t automatically equal a suspension, with the 23-year-old Kiwi a good chance of escaping with a fine.

According to a police statement, the players were pulled over for a random breath test around 11:30pm.
At the same time, a member of the public alerted police to the egg-throwing incident and identified the players as the culprits.
The Cowboys are due to play the Melbourne Storm on Saturday night in the first week of the finals.
“It’s disappointing if it does turn out to be true as it’s not what we are about as a club, but as I said in the whole scheme of things we are talking about an egging here and let’s keep it in context," coach Paul Green told News Corp.
“Back when I was the same age, I probably would have been as much trouble as these boys, if it does turn out to be true.”
The five players will all appear in Townsville Magistrates Court on October 11.
