The inaugural season of LIV Golf tour concludes this weekend with a team championship invitational at Trump National Doral in Miami. As usual, the payouts will be exorbitant and the details will be uniquely LIV. We have all the betting information you will need to prepare for the LIV Miami season finale.
Like it has since its inception, LIV will set itself apart from the PGA Tour this weekend. The three-day extravaganza will feature a $50 million purse, a pro-am with celebrities, including Donald Trump himself, and a musical performance by The Chainsmokers.
A divisive and controversial endeavor from the jump, LIV and its members who have defected from the PGA Tour have drawn harsh criticism worldwide due to its financial backing from Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund. LIV has paid massive salaries to the PGA pros who jumped ship and signed with the polarizing tour. LIV will be rebranded as the LIV Golf League next year and will include 14 events and continue to feature a 54-hole, no-cut format.
The penultimate LIV event of the inaugural season was held from Oct. 14-16 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Brooks Koepka won that tournament over best bud Peter Uihlein and bagged $4 million, while Dustin Johnson sealed his place as the season-long individual champion. Johnson took home an $18 million bonus for finishing the season with the most points, with Branden Grace claiming second and $8 million and Uihlein finishing third with $4 million.
The LIV Miami event will follow the same basic structure it has all season: 12 four-man teams seeded by their records after the first seven events of the debut season. The winning squad will split the $50 million purse four ways, equaling out to $12.5 million each. Let's dive into the odds for this weekend's LIV season finale and get to our best bets and expert picks.

LIV Golf Miami: Best bet
4 Aces (Dustin Johnson, Patrick Reed, Talor Gooch, Pat Perez): +185
This easily serves as the best bet in this tournament, with individual champion Dustin Johnson playing head-and-shoulders better than anyone else on the LIV tour. The Aces have won four of the seven tournaments of LIV's debut season. Additionally, both DJ and teammate Patrick Reed have played Trump National Doral's Blue Monster before, claiming wins at the World Golf Championship in 2014 (Reed) and '15 (Johnson). DJ also placed fourth at the WGC here in '14. The overall skill sets of this stacked team, as well as the experience and past success of its top two stars, make the Aces the team to beat.
This weeks #LIVGolf Team Championship is at Doral's Blue Monster.

LIV Golf Miami: Top value bet
Crushers (Bryson DeChambeau, Paul Casey, Charles Howell III, Anirban Lahiri): +375
The Crushers are led by captain Bryson DeChambeau, one of the best golfers on the LIV tour. They rank second in overall points with 96, having notched three runner-up finishes and one third-place finish. This squad has the driving, approach, and around-the-green skills to surprise the field this weekend, as the 7,510-yard Blue Monster requires a solid combination of power and accuracy. For those who want more value and less chalk, consider backing the Crushers this weekend.
LIV Golf Miami: Best sleeper bets
Stinger (Louis Oosthuizen, Charl Schwartzel, Branden Grace, Hennie Du Plessis): +850
Oosthuizen and Schwartzel each have past success at Trump National Doral, and this squad enjoyed moments of brilliance earlier this season. As the No. 4 seed, Stinger enjoys an all-important bye and could surprise the 12-team field with its unique blend of iron and putter skills.
LIV Golf Miami: Top long-shot bet
Punch (Cameron Smith, Marc Leishman, Matt Jones, Wade Ormsby): +1400
You had me at Cameron Smith. If you're going to bet a long shot in a 12-team format, bet on the double-digit seed with the best overall player. Smith won the Open before defecting from the PGA Tour to LIV, easily one of the more controversial defectors of the year. But you can't deny his all-around talent. Maybe he can pick the rest of his squad up this weekend and emerge with a massive upset and $50 million purse.
