The 2023 Women's World Cup promises to be one not to miss as the FIFA tournament sees more teams fight for the title than ever before.

A total of 32 teams will play at this World Cup held in Australia and New Zealand with a number of bockbuster fixtures already locked in. 

Every match from the tournament will be broadcast in live in Australia with games to be shown both on TV and via streaming services.

How to watch Women's World Cup on TV in Australia 

The Seven Network have secured the free-to-air TV rights to the 2023 Women's World Cup in Australia. 

They will broadcast 15 of the 64 matches live and free on television via Channel 7. 

Every Matildas match along with the opening game, quarter-finals, semi-finals and the final will be shown on TV via the network. 

How to live stream Women's World Cup online in Australia 

Streaming service Optus Sport have the complete broadcast rights to the 2023 Women's World Cup in Australia.

The company, which also have the Premier League rights Down Under, will live stream all 64 games from the FIFA tournament in Australia and New Zealand. 

Optus Sport is available via a monthly subscription which costs $24.99 or $6.99 for eligible Optus customers. 

The platform is accessible on laptops, mobiles, tablets, gaming consoles, Fetch TV, Apple TV, Android TV, Samsung, LG, Amazon Fire, and Chromecast. 

Watch Women's World Cup free live stream in Australia

While Optus Sport isn't free to use, some Women's World Cup matches can still be streamed live for free. 

Channel 7 will provide a live stream of the 15 matches they are broadcasting via their free streaming service 7plus

That means there will be a free live stream for every Matildas game and the World Cup final itself.
