Mikel Arteta and Pep Guardiola will be looking to set down an early marker in this clash as Arsenal look to bounce back and City prepare to defend their multiple crowns.

When does the Community Shield start? Kickoff time for Arsenal vs. Man City

Arsenal's clash with Man City will kickoff at 1:00 a.m. AEST on Monday, August 7.

It will take place at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London.

How to watch the Community Shield in Australia: TV channel, live stream

The Community Shield will be broadcast live and exclusive on streaming service Paramount+.

Coverage will begin 10 minutes before kickoff at 12:50 am.

A subscription costs $8.99 a month with free seven-day trials available for new customers. 

Paramount+ can be viewed via mobile, tablet, desktop, Chromecast and a range of smart TVs. 

The match will not be shown on free-to-air TV.
