Manchester United look to keep their quadruple hopes alive as they take on West Ham in the FA Cup Round of 16.
The Red Devils, fresh off hoisting the Carabao Cup trophy to end a six-year silverware drought, are still in the hunt for all remaining titles in which they began the year competing. They are a distant third in the Premier League title race, but are still thought to be ready to pounce should Arsenal and Man City both slip, and they are also among the favourites to win the Europa League after beating Barcelona 2-1 in the first leg of their knockout playoff matchup.
United are also unbeaten in 19 straight home matches, largely thanks to talisman Marcus Rashford who has scored in 14 of 18 matches across all competitions since club action resumed after the World Cup in late December. Rashford, however, could be rested throughout this match given the spate of fixtures United will be forced into as they push for titles on all fronts.
West Ham are in the midst of a relegation battle and David Moyes will be wary of his squad sustaining any injuries. Sitting two points above the drop, Moyes must decide how important an FA Cup run could be for the club in an otherwise lost season that will see the club scrapping for league safety.

Manchester United vs West Ham odds
Manchester United are significant favourites at home against a West Ham side battling Premier League relegation, but the Red Devils aren't quite as heavily backed as maybe they would be in a league match where Erik ten Hag would be expected to play all his starters.
Instead, they're just slightly capped at about 2/3 moneyline odds, while West Ham are 4/1 underdogs to win outright in 90 minutes of regulation. Yet at the end of the day, Man United are still 1/3 favourites to advance through to the quarterfinals, even if it takes additional time.
There's also an expectation that both teams will get goals and the over 2.5 goals total will hit, although there does seem to be some trepidation that the Hammers can breach the Red Devil back line.

Man United vs West Ham team news
The Red Devils are without long-term absentees Christian Eriksen and Donny van de Beek who are both out for months, but aside from the imminent return of Anthony Martial in the coming matches, there is a mostly clean bill of health at Old Trafford. Erik ten Hag has nonetheless made six changes to the team that started the Carabao Cup final as he looks to manage the load on the squad.
West Ham received a blow that Lukasz Fabianski will be out for a significant time with fractures to his cheekbone and orbital bone, meaning Alphonse Areola is the new starting goalkeeper for the foreseeable future. Defender Vladimir Coufal has also gone down for a few weeks with a heel injury, while Max Cornet remains sidelined with his long-term calf injury. Centre-back Kurt Zouma is back in training as he recovers from a thigh injury, but this match is too soon for the defender to see the field.

Man United vs West Ham prediction
- Moneyline lean: Man United (-150)
- Advancing to quarterfinals: Man United advance (-300)
- Score prediction: Man United 2-0 West Ham
West Ham are a very difficult team to figure out this season. By expected points, they should be ninth in the Premier League table, but they struggle in front of goal and are conceding in crazy ways. Yet of their six wins this season, five of them have come by a multi-goal margin.
Man United are fighting on multiple fronts, having already won the Carabao Cup, and something may have to give. It isn't a shock to see multiple players rested in this competition. Still, Alejandro Garnacho and Facundo Pellistri have been impactful when given opportunities, and they could have an impact here.
West Ham have only managed to beat one top-half team this season, downing Fulham back in the beginning of the season. United should keep their quadruple hopes alive a little longer.

Man United vs West Ham: best bet
- Pick: Man United -1 handicap
- Odds: +105 (Sports Interaction)
While Man United are a decent selection on the moneyline at -150, even money odds are also available for the Red Devils to win by multiple goals, which still allows for a push if they only secure a one-goal victory.
Erik ten Hag has exceptional depth at his disposal, with the likes of Garnacho and Pellistri on the wings, plus the likes of Marcel Sabitzer, Victor Lindelof, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire, Tyrell Malacia, and Jadon Sancho, all of whom did not start against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup over the weekend, but will be pushing to earn more minutes.
Should David Moyes decide to rotate the West Ham squad, he doesn't have nearly the same group from which to pull replacements, and the Red Devils should march to a comfortable victory.
Man United vs West Ham prop bet
- Pick: Alejandro Garnacho to score or assist a goal
- Odds: +100 (FanDuel)
With Garnacho chosen to start so Marcus Rashford can have a rest, the teenager will likely be a main attacking force for the Red Devils.
Garnacho's total of 0.36 expected goals (xG) per 90 minutes this season maybe doesn't sound like much, but when compared to Rashford's mark of 0.45, it looks a lot more dangerous. Throw in a 0.19 xA per 90 minutes mark (fourth-most in the Premier League of the top 50 players by expected goals), and you've got a true dual threat waiting to be unleashed.
Garnacho might have been a good selection for multiple shots on target in this game at +190, but Erik ten Hag gives the young Argentine a very short leash, and he's only played a full 90 minutes once all season in any competition, meaning there's probably enough time for that to come to fruition. Take him to make his mark in front of net instead, despite the somewhat less appetizing value.
