Manchester United have found major trophies hard to come by in recent seasons, having not won an English Premier League title since 2012-13, while the Champions League trophy has eluded them since 2007-08.

But there was a time when the trophy case at Old Trafford was brimming, during Sir Alex Ferguson's tenure at the club, when United ruled English football.

Earmarked by their iconic 1998-99 season which saw them become the first English team to complete the treble, lifting the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League trophies, 25 years on from the monumental achievement, the club's landmark achievement has been revisited in a new three-part Prime Video series.

The series captures an intense 10-day window which saw them lift all three trophies, capped off by arguably the most iconic Champions League final, pulling off a late comeback win over Bayern Munich.

Who will be featured in 99?

The documentary features exclusive interviews, never-before-seen footage and untold stories from inside the dressing room, bringing together a host of iconic names from the treble-winning team.

Headlined by manager Sir Alex Ferguson, the series includes interviews with the likes of David Beckham, Gary Neville, Paul Scholes, Peter Schmeichel, Dwight Yorke, and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
