The Western Australian side returned to top spot courtesy of a 1-1 draw away to fellow title-challengers Melbourne Victory on Saturday.
But Lowe's men have now gone seven consecutive games without tasting victory, drawing their last four in succession.
"Obviously we'd like wins, because we haven't won in a few," he said.
"We seem to be very competitive and very well organised. And make it difficult for people. Just got to keep banging away, get another seven games out the way and see where we end up."
Glory produced a typically physical performance at AAMI Park, with eight different players from the visiting team entering the referee's notebook and Mitch Nichols receiving his marching orders in injury time when he committed a second bookable offence.
Lowe though made no apologies for his team's uncompromising approach.
"We're coming to a cauldron with 20,000 people, to the best team in the league," he said.
"We're not going to wear pink tutus and walk around letting them have their own way. It's a competitive game and that's the make-up of our team."
Star striker Andy Keogh broke his goal drought on Saturday to score the first time since January, although Lowe knows it will take more than that for the nib Stadium outfit to retain their spot at the top of the table.
"If we want to win the league, we've got to get wins," he said.
"We're not stupid. And if we want to win, we've got to score goals.
"We've had very tough games, we've done really well. I think we've lost three games all year. We've just to got to find that little knack of maybe scoring goals. And if we do that, bloody hell, we might do ok this year."
