Championship Sunday in the Premier League: TV schedule and match times image

Championship Sunday in the English Premier League is upon us. Even though Chelsea FC has already won the championship and will be awarded the trophy following its match, there are still plenty of intriguing matchups heading into the festive day.

All 10 matches will be televised in the U.S., and we have all the matchups and previews right here.

Hull City vs. Manchester United — 10 a.m. ET: NBC: It would take a truly legendary day for the Red Devils to pass Arsenal into third place on the table. They sit three points and seven goals behind the Gunners. Hull City, however, is playing for the opportunity to remain in the Premier League. Hull City currently sits in the relegation zone, two points behind Newcastle United.

Players to Watch: Ahmed Elmohamady, Hull City; Wayne Rooney, Manchester United

Chelsea vs. Sunderland — 10 a.m. ET: NBCSN: Chelsea is sure to get some of its highly-talented young players into this match, before it receives the championship trophy after the game. Sunderland is safely through to the Premier League next season, so this match is basically a friendly.

Players to Watch: Juan Cuadrado, Chelsea; Connor Wickham, Sunderland

Newcastle United vs. West Ham United — 10 a.m. ET: USA: Newcastle is fighting for its Premier League life after a drastic second-half collapse. Newcastle needs at least a point to secure a spot.

Players to watch: Ayoze Pérez, Newcastle United; Diafra Sakho, West Ham United

Stoke City vs. Liverpool 10 a.m. ET: SYFY: Liverpool is fighting on and off the pitch. On the pitch, the Reds look to wrap up a spot in the Europa League by placing in the top six. They sit in fifth with 62 points. Off the pitch, Liverpool faces a battle to keep talented winger Raheem Sterling.

Players to Watch: Raheem Sterling, Liverpool; Charlie Adam, Stoke City

Everton vs. Tottenham Hotspur — 10 a.m. ET: CNBC: Tottenham currently sits in the sixth and final spot for European cometition next year, but is only one point ahead of Southampton and trail the club by 19 goals on the season. Everton had a dissapointing season, but has looked better lately.

Players to Watch: Christian Eriksen, Tottenham Hotspur; Romelu Lukaku, Everton

Manchester City vs. Southampton — 10 a.m. ET: MSNBC: This should be the best and most intriguing matchup of the day. Even though City isn't playing for a chance at the title, there are plenty of high-profile names playing for a spot on the team. Southampton needs a tie and a Tottenham tie, a win and a Tottenham tie or loss, or a win and a Liverpool loss to get into next year's Europa League.
