Novak Djokovic had every right to be emotional after claiming his 16th Grand Slam title in a thrilling five-set victory over Roger Federer at Wimbledon.
In the longest Wimbledon final in history, Djokovic outlasted Federer on the way to a 7-6 (7-5) 1-6 7-6 (7-4) 4-6 13-12 (7-3) win in a match that lasted just under five hours.
Even before their epic encounter went to a fifth-set tiebreak at 12-12 - around the time Djokovic was saving two match points - it was being talked about as one of the greatest matches of tennis ever.
It's hard to disagree.

So, yeah, after that long on the court, with the crowd and the weight of history against him as Federer attempted to become the oldest Grand Slam winner ever, Djokovic let it all out during his post-match interview.
"It's extra special being able to share it with my son in the crowd," he said.
"My parents and my whole team.
"My wife and my daughter are here in London, but they're at home. I'll give them a big, big hug, I love you and I'll see you soon."
Djokovic also revealed more of what the win means to him.
"When I was a boy - four or five years old - dreaming of becoming a tennis player one day, this has always been the tournament for me," he said.
"It was where I wanted to participate, where I wanted to win one day.
"I used to make the trophies out different materials in my room and just imagining I'd be standing here one day."
As classy as ever, Djokovic was effusive in his praise for Federer.
"I think this was - if not the most exciting and thrilling final I've been a part of - then definitely top two or three in my career,"
"And against one of the greatest players of all time, Roger, who I respect a lot.
"Unfortunately in these kinds of matches, one player has to lose. As Roger said, we both had our chances.
"It's quite unreal to be two match points down and to come back - it's a bit strange to play a tiebreak at 12-all as well.
"Roger said that he hopes that he gives some other people the chance to believe that they can do it at 37 - I'm one of them," he said.
"He inspires me, for sure."
