Tour de France champion Chris Froome claims he was the victim of a hit-and-run incident when out training Tuesday, but the Briton says he was unhurt in the collision.
Froome was on a ride in the south of France near to Team Sky's training base when he says the incident happened.
He posted a picture of his damaged bike on Twitter.
Accompanied by the picture was a caption that read: "Just got rammed on purpose by an impatient driver who followed me onto the pavement!
"Thankfully I'm okay. Bike totaled. Driver kept going!"
