It's hard to find a quarterback not to like in Week 11. With teams like the Bills, Jets, Dolphins, and 49ers all on bye, some of the bottom-barrel QBs have been eliminated from our Week 11 fantasy QB rankings. And with Kirk Cousins and Deshaun Watson returning from bye weeks of their own, the ranks are deep, which might cause fantasy football owners to make some difficult start 'em, sit 'em decisions.
This week, there are plenty of potential streaming options to be targeted. Our top option is Dak Prescott, as his Cowboys get a good matchup against the Falcons. Dallas just shredded an Eagles defense that is better than Atlanta's, so Prescott could sneak into QB1 territory in this contest. Elsewhere, Mitchell Trubisky and Marcus Mariota are riding hot streaks and can be plugged into lineups as seen fit.
Week 11 Rankings:
Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End | D/ST | Kicker
One QB to keep an eye on this week is Joe Flacco. The Ravens top passer is dealing with a hip injury that could cause him to miss action. It's unclear whether he will actually miss time, but his status could have a major impact on the offensive weaponry surrounding him. And if Lamar Jackson has to start, that could shake up rankings across the board -- including these QB rankings. Needless to say, we'll be watching Flacco's status closely throughout the week.
Note: We'll adjust these rnakings throughout week, so check back often for the latest player movement updates and player analysis.
WEEK 11 PPR RANKINGS: Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end
Week 11 Fantasy Football Rankings: QBs
These rankings are for standard leagues with 6-point passing TDs.
1 | Carson Wentz, Eagles @ Saints. Wentz just had a rougher outing against the Cowboys, but he should have a better chance to perform well against the Saints. Though the Saints defense has played better in recent weeks, including limiting Andy Dalton to under 10 fantasy points last week, they came into the week ranked second worst in fantasy points per game (FPPG) allowed to QBs. Considering that the Eagles lack a run game, Wentz should throw early and often in a potential shootout and could rack up some serious points. |
2 | Patrick Mahomes II, Chiefs @ Rams |
3 | Drew Brees, Saints vs. Eagles. The Eagles just lost Ronald Darby (torn ACL) for the season. He was the best defensive back in an already leaky secondary. Brees has logged four TDs in each of the past two weeks and should have a chance to put up solid numbers again versus an Eagles defense that has allowed at least 21.74 fantasy points to QBs in their past three games. |
4 | Jared Goff, Rams vs. Chiefs |
5 | Andrew Luck, Colts vs. Titans. Luck's streak of throwing for at least three TDs continued into its sixth-straight week against the Jaguars in Week 10. Though Luck is taking on a tough-looking Titans team that just limited Tom Brady to 10.76 fantasy points, he should still put up solid numbers and is basically a matchup-proof starter at this point |
WEEK 11 DFS CASH LINEUPS: Yahoo | FanDuel | DraftKings
6 | Cam Newton, Panthers @ Lions. For seven consecutive weeks, Newton has thrown exactly two TDs in each gaame. That's remarkably consistent, but he hasn't had a huge game for some time. With the Panthers needing a bounce-back win and the Lions fresh off allowing 42 fantasy points to Mitchell Trubisky, Newton should be in a solid spot to produce. |
7 | Russell Wilson, Seahawks vs. Packers. Wilson finally showed some of the running ability that had been lacking in the first half of the season. He totaled a season-high 92 yards on nine carries against the Rams and threw for three TDs for the fourth time in five weeks. Wilson's passing yardage upside is capped, but if he's scrambling and scoring, he's a top-10 lock. And given that the Packers have been up-and-down against QBs, this figures to be a solid spot for Wilson. Plus, it's a short week and he's at home, so that makes it all the better for him. |
8 | Aaron Rodgers, Packers @ Seahawks |
9 | Deshaun Watson, Texans @ Redskins. Watson will be well-rested coming off a bye week, and he should have had a chance to connect more with Houston's newest acquisition, WR Demaryius Thomas, during that time. The Redskins defense is a "bend-but-don't-break" squad, but it gives up a lot of yardage (at least 316 passing yards in the past three outings against Eli Manning, Matt Ryan, and Ryan Fitzpatrick). Watson should have a chance to make plays against the Redskins, so he can be trusted as a starter this week. |
10 | Philip Rivers, Chargers vs. Broncos. Rivers has scored at least two TDs in every game this year and has at least 223 passing yards in every outing. Last year against the Broncos, Rivers totaled 375 passing yards and five TDs over the course of two regular season contests. He could put up similarly solid -- if not, better -- numbers against what has been a middle-of-the-road Broncos pass defense this year. |
WEEK 11 DFS GPP LINEUPS: Yahoo | FanDuel | DraftKings
11 | Matt Ryan, Falcons vs. Cowboys. Ryan picked up a garbage-time score against the Browns last week to pad his stats a bit and is averaging 335 passing yards and 2.3 TDs per game through the air this season. The Cowboys have been solid against QBs, but they have given up back-to-back 25-plus point outings to Marcus Mariota and Carson Wentz. Even if Ryan is shut out early, he'll make a late comeback and rack up some yardage in the second half. |
12 | Dak Prescott, Cowboys @ Falcons. Prescott is one of our top streamers this week thanks to a favorable matchup with the Falcons. Atlanta has given up five outings of 27-plus fantasy points to QBs, and Prescott is coming off a solid game against the Eagles. If Prescott can continue to throw the ball well, he can work his way into QB1 territory for Week 11 and possibly beyond. |
13 | Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers @ Jaguars. Roethlisberger is fresh off a 45.8-point outburst against the Panthers last week. The Jaguars are reeling right now, having allowed 27-plus fantasy points to QBs in back-to-back outings. That gives Roethlisberger a higher ceiling than normal in this matchup, though we're still downgrading him a bit because of his history of struggles on the road. |
14 | Kirk Cousins, Vikings @ Bears. Cousins is coming off a bye week and gets a tough, prime-time road matchup with the Bears at Soldier Field. Cousins is capable of going off at any time, but he has only thrown for seven TDs in his past five games. This has the makings of a defensive struggle, so perhaps try to start a better option if you have one this week. |
15 | Matthew Stafford, Lions vs. Panthers. Stafford has struggled to move the ball much in the past two weeks, and he generated most of his points last week in garbage time against the Bears. The Panthers just had an awful game against the Steelers, so they'll be looking to slow down Stafford in this one. Back at home, this could be a bounce-back opportunity for Stafford, as the Panthers have given up a combined 77 fantasy points to QBs in their past two games, but we're just wary of trusting him considering the lack of depth remaining in his receiving corps. |
MORE WEEK 11 DFS: Values | Stacks | Lineup Builder
16 | Mitchell Trubisky, Bears vs. Vikings. Trubisky had a huge outing last week, totaling 42 fantasy points against the Lions, and he has had some nice performances this year. However, the Vikings have limited the last four QBs they faced to 14.04 fantasy points or fewer. Trubisky has a lower ceiling as a result of that, especially since the Vikings are well rested coming off a bye week. |
17 | Marcus Mariota, Titans @ Colts. Mariota finally looks healthy after a nerve issue in his throwing elbow rendered him ineffective in the early part of the season. He has five total TDs in his past two games, and the Colts have given up a lot of FPPG to QBs if you exclude the one week that they played Derek Anderson. Mariota could be a quality streamer this week, so feel free to start him this week if you need to. |
18 | Ryan Fitzpatrick, Buccaneers @ Giants. Fitzpatrick will always have a chance to rack up yardage, but his penchant for interceptions caps his overall upside a bit. Still, he has thrown for at least 400 yards or four TDs in the past couple of starts, so be could end up being a solid fantasy option. |
19 | Blake Bortles, Jaguars vs. Steelers |
20 | Eli Manning, Giants vs. Buccaneers. The Buccaneers have one of the worst pass defenses in the NFL, but that doesn't mean Manning is a must-start. Still, after a decent showing on Monday night, he looks a little better heading into this cake matchup |
21 | Joe Flacco, Ravens vs. Bengals. Flacco is dealing with a hip injury and is legitimately questionable for this week. He has a solid matchup, but if he's banged up, it will be hard to trust him -- even against the Bengals. And if it's Lamar Jackson, it will be even harder to trust the rookie to play consistently. |
22 | Andy Dalton, Bengals @ Ravens. Without A.J. Green last week against the Saints, the Bengals offense sputtered. It will do the same against a much tougher defense. |
23 | Alex Smith, Redskins vs. Texans. Smith couldn't manage more than one TD in games against the Falcons and Buccaneers. He's not going to be much better against a tougher matchup like the Texans. |
24 | Josh Rosen, Cardinals vs. Raiders |
25 | Derek Carr, Raiders @ Cardinals |
26 | Case Keenum, Broncos @ Chargers |
