Being a professional cricketer means you are on camera all of the time, even off the field, just ask Ben Stokes.

This is especially true when you are a fast bowler and have just taken a brilliant wicket.

If Sohail Tanvir somehow didn't know that, he surely does now.

In the second match of the Caribbean Premier League, the Pakistani paceman displayed a shocking sense of sportsmanship that was directed at Australian cricketer Ben Cutting.

With Cutting slowly finding his groove out in the middle after hitting a maximum and boundary on his way to 15, Tanvir delivered a brute of a yorker that bested the Aussie's attempted swipe across the line.

With the bails removed and Cutting on his way, Tanvir decided to provide the departing batsman with a leaving gift.

The old 'double-finger salute'.

Watch the disgusting incident in the video below.

With integrity at the forefront of most people minds when thinking about the under-fire sport, the cricketing world condemned Tanvir.

Cutting's Queensland and Aussie teammate Chris Lynn wasn't happy.

Lynn wasn't the only one to share his disapproval of Tanvir's actions.

Unfortunately for Cutting's team, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, they lost to Tanvir and the Guyana Amazon Warriors by six wickets.

Master blaster Chris Gayle starred for the Patriots with 86 while Shimron Hetmyer did the damage for the victors with 79*.
