The Sunil Narine-led Knight Riders team secured their first win of the tournament, when they beat the Super Kings by 12 runs, Dallas, on Saturday, July 5.

Former India U19 captain, Unmukt Chand had earlier top scored for the team with a score of 68 runs, as they posted a total of 162/7, which they successfully defended, restricting the Super Kings to 150/8, in the second innings.
