Pakistan skipper Babar Azam was at his brilliant best when he scored an impressive 101* off just 58 deliveries, including included 11 fours and three sixes which saw him go past Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli's tally in T20 cricket.
His ton propelled Pakistan to a 38-run victory against New Zealand in the second T20 international on Saturday evening at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore which saw the hosts take a 2-0 lead in the 5-match series.
Azam had failed in the first T20I as he was sent back to the pavilion for just nine runs but in the second, he looked like a man on a mission right from the start which helped him finish with a strike rate of 174.14.
In the process, he eclipsed star Indian batsmen Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.
The build-up, the execution, the celebration 👏
