Jake Fraser-McGurk and Will Sutherland have been handed their maiden caps with Josh Hazlewood also included in the side.

Sutherland makes his first Australian ODI appearance in the bowling attack after Lance Morris struggled on debut in Melbourne.

Xavier Bartlett, who collected figures of 4-17 in the opening match, has been rested.

Meanwhile, Fraser-McGurk will open the batting alongside Josh Inglis after Travis Head was cut from the side in order to "manage his workload" ahead of Australia's tour of New Zealand.

Seven players are missing from this Australian ODI squad that were at the World Cup; David Warner, Glenn Maxwell, Pat Cummins, Mitch Marsh, Mitchell Starc, Alex Carey and Marcus Stoinis.
