Not only did England's Jason Roy punish the Aussies by doing what he does best with the bat - he also had a hand in a super catch to dismiss centurion Shaun Marsh - as the Poms whacked the Aussies once again.

A six-wicket win with 32 balls to spare saw England complete their second-highest ODI run chase as they chased down the Aussie total of 310 in Durham.

With Marsh on 101, the left-hander thought he had dispatched paceman David Willey over the long-on boundary - however, Roy had other ideas.

Running back at pace, Roy took the catch inside the boundary line but had no chance of stopping, so he flicked the ball 15 metres away to teammate Craig Overton, who completed the super dismissal.

While we've seen a number of similar catches in the past, Roy's effort is right up there with the best of the best.

It wasn't the only highlight for the 27-year-old, who also smashed his second ton of the series to lead the Poms home in the first match since they set the highest ODI total - a whopping 481 - in history.

Roy's 101 from just 83 balls was part of an opening stand of 174 with Jonny Bairstow, which helped him earn man of the match honours.

Largely a hit-and-miss player, Roy has scored 303 runs in four games this series, averaging a tick under 76 and striking the ball at 119.

The fifth and final ODI will be played on Sunday as the Poms look to complete a humiliating series sweep for the Aussies.
