Bulldogs forward Tevita Pangai Junior will have his second professional fight on the undercard to Sonny Bill Williams' clash with Mark Hunt in Sydney on Saturday.
The 26-year-old will take on Jeremiah Tupai-Ui in a heavyweight contest at the Aware Super Theatre in Darling Harbour on Saturday, November 5.
Pangai made his professional debut last December, scoring a second-round knockout victory in Brisbane.
The former Broncos and Penrith enforcer was named in Tonga's World Cup side but opted out of the tournament amid rumours of another fight on the horizon.
In his way next Saturday will be the powerful Tupai-Ui, also stepping in for his second pro bout.
The Brisbane-based heavyweight counts Australian middleweight knockout artist Issac Hardman among his training partners.
Hardman, who knows a thing or two about packing a punch, believes Pangai may be barking up the wrong tree.
"He's a big puncher, he sort of reminds me of Mike Tyson the way he moves about - big power and he's just a cool cat," Hardman told Sporting News.
"I think he's going to upset the party, I think the other side think it will be an easy win and I think Jerry's really going to upset the party when he gets down to Sydney next weekend."
Hardman said, as the second biggest in their Chermside gym, he's often the unlucky man who's got to spar with Tupai-Ui.
"I've got to get in there every now and then and he does take it easy on me, thank f***, because if he put one on my chin, it's all over," Hardman said.
"He's about 117 kilos and he punches about as fast as a middleweight."
