Michael Zerafa's brother has been issued a life ban by No Limit Boxing following his behaviour at their fight in Sydney on Wednesday night.
Chaos erupted when Jason Zerafa punched veteran trainer Tommy Mercuri following Michael Zerafa's victory over Tommy Browne.
Michael Zerafa had been left frustrated after his bout with Browne was called off ahead of the second round due to a suspected bicep injury suffered by the 41-year-old.

In response, Zerafa accused Browne of quitting, the same sledge he'd received from his opponent during the week regarding his world title loss to Erislandy Lara back in March.
Mercuri then remonstrated with Zerafa in the middle of the ring before promoter Matt Rose jumped in between them to calm the tensions.
Meanwhile, Jason Zerafa entered the ring and landed a right hand on Mercuri before security personnel were able to separate the parties.
No Limit Boxing released a statement on Thursday following the fights, confirming Jason Zerafa had been handed a life ban from their events.
"What happened last night is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated at any of our fight nights," promoter George Rose said.
It's unclear what sanction, if any, Jason Zerafa, who was working as a cornerman for his brother, will be hit with by the Combat Sports Authority of NSW.
The incident resulted in the Zerafa camp being quickly whisked away from the venue under escort before being taken to a new hotel to minimise any chance of more drama.
In response to the matter, the Zerafa brothers posted Instagram stories pointing the finger at Mercuri for instigating the confrontation.
"So everyone turning on my bro, but no one saying nothing about his trainer taking swings at me," Michael wrote.
"Trainer tries to attack me and my bro is the bad guy. Come on guys."
"I did what any brother would have done," Jason shared.
"Cannot play the victim after trying to attack a fighter."
Following Zerafa's win over Browne, and Nikita Tszyu's ninth round stoppage of Koen Mazoudier, Rose said he was keen to push on with plans to match up the pair, although a hand injury to Tszyu could mean fans have to wait until next year for that grudge match.
