Liam Paro has scored the biggest victory of his career with an incredible first-round demolition of Brock Jarvis.
The Queensland southpaw looked to be sharper than Jarvis through the opening moments of the bout and landed back-to-back 1-2s, with a left hand finding its way through the guard to put the Jeff Fenech-trained fighter down.
Jarvis couldn't regain his balance and the fight was waved off to a rapturous cheer from the crowd at Brisbane's South Bank Piazza.
The win moves Paro to 23-0 and cements his claim for a shot at the WBO super-lightweight title.

Wow! Liam Paro knocks Brock Jarvis out in the first round.
Paro appeared to have the speed advantage over a tentative Jarvis and landed a left behind a series of 1-2s which put the previously undefeated Sydneysider down.
Jarvis tried to get up but was clearly done and the referee waved it off.

An absolutely huge result for Paro who now goes to 23-0.

Via round three TKO
Korte was determined to make this fight ugly for as long as it lasted but McKean didn't take long to get the victory.
McKean was able to catch Korte coming in on several occasions, landing left uppercuts and right hooks to the body.
A combination sent Korte down in the third from which he wasn't able to recover.

McKean improves to 22-0.
Skye Nicolson def. Krystina Jacobs
Via unanimous decision (100-89, 99-90, 98-91)
Nicolson wins the first title of her professional career, the Commonwealth featherweight strap, with a dominant points victory over Krystina Jacobs.
The Queenslander controlled the bout from the opening bell and even dropped Jacobs with a signature right hook but couldn't earn her first stoppage as a pro.
Mateo Tapia def. Abdoulaye Sakho
Via unanimous decision (99-91, 97-93 x2)
Tapia emerges victorious after an entertaining 10 rounds in which Sakho showed plenty of heart and skill.
Now 15-0, Tapia looked as if he may be able to earn a stoppage on several occasions, wobbling Sakho in the third and sixth rounds.
Sakho fought back strongly but the judges gave Tapia a well-deserved victory.
Rocky Ogden def. Ben Cameron Hands
Via round one TKO
Ogden improves to 3-0 as a professional with a clinical first-round dismantling of Cameron Hands.
The multi-discipline star poured the pressure on early and landed a big right hand which closed the show just two minutes into the bout.

Ogden has now won two Australian titles in two different weight divisions.
Jalen Tait def. Rhys Evans
Via round six TKO
The Wolf continues his winning ways with an impressive victory over a game debutant in Evans.
Tait, 21, dropped Evans with a body shot after a brutal barrage of hooks in the fifth round before opening a cut above his opponent's left eye in the sixth.
On doctor's advice, the referee called a stop to the bout before the start of the seventh round.
Dylan Biggs def. Mirko Pizzi
Via unanimous decision (78-74 x3)
Biggs maintained his undefeated record with a comfortable and classy victory over the tough Pizzi.
The Queenslander looked like he might get a finish but Pizzi was able to hang on to the final bell.

Doors to the venue open at 4pm ahead of the first fight which is scheduled for 4:15pm.
Expect Paro and Jarvis to step into the ring for the main event after 9pm, depending on the length of earlier bouts.
