Nic Naitanui impressed in his first game in 343 days following a knee reconstruction.
Named through the week, Naitanui turned out for the Eagles' reserves two days after the senior side swept past Essendon.
On Saturday, the ruckman got through 64 minutes without a scratch as his side flogged East Fremantle 15.15 (105) to 4.9 (33).
It was a welcome sign for West Coast coach Adam Simpson, with the reigning premiers now having won four of their last five.

Naitanui required a second knee reconstruction following an innocuous incident against Collingwood at the MCG in round 17 last season.
The injury ruled Naitanui out for the rest of the 2018 season, and he missed the Eagles' run to the flag as they downed the Pies in a pulsating grand final.
Naitanui's rehabilitation effort was strong, and momentum was on his side on Saturday as he left an impression on the match.
The 72-point win for the Eagles' reserves was on the back of a big effort - by the final siren, Naitanui had collected 10 disposals, 25 hitouts, four tackles, three marks, and three clearances.
Earlier this month, free agent Naitanui was reportedly offered a deal to stay with the Eagles.
However, the immediate focus now turns to a senior return, with the towering Naitanui yet to take on the new-for-2019 6-6-6 rules.
Expected to return next week against Hawthorn alongside incumbent ruck Tom Hickey, despite Nathan Vardy returning from a one-match ban, Naitanui's impressive showing will only give West Coast more confidence as they look to remain in the hunt for a top four spot.
"All the athletic signs are pretty good so far," West Coast general manager football Craig Vozzo said.
"He's certainly physically in really good shape. He'll lean up a little bit as he plays more and more AFL footy, but we couldn't be happier with the physical conditioning.
"It will be good for Nic to get through this challenge mentally but also physically as well."
