Sydney escaped with their second conesecutive win in a thriller in Hobart, but North Melbourne felt plenty aggrieved by the umpiring in the dying stages.
With the Roos down by five points following four-straight final quarter goals, a stoppage with seconds on the clock provided an opportunity for a winner.
As ruckmen Todd Goldstein and Callum Sinclair competed for the throw in, the Swans big man appeared to have a handful of his opposite number's jumper.

The call was play on, Sydney cleared the ball and managed to chalk up their third win of the year and second straight by a margin of five points.
Plenty of Kangaroos fans took to social media with their protests, but that would be that.
If the North faithful wanted to something to complain about, their own team's performance probably would have been the best place to start.
Their side were beaten around the ball for much of the match, despite Sydney losing Josh Kennedy (quad) pre-game and Zak Jones (hamstring) in the second quarter.
North Melbourne's forward entries were poor all game, with Ben Brown being well held by Dane Rampe, while Mason Wood and Nick Larkey were starved of opportunity.
When the Roos did finally get a run on in the fourth, Jy Simpkin missed a simple chance close the gap.
Sydney were under siege for the majority of the last quarter, but they were able to get numbers behind the ball and, aided by some blazing away from the North Melbourne midfielders, managed to repel most of the attacks.
The win takes Sydney to 3-6 for the year, while the Kangaroos slip to 2-7.
