Multiple clubs are chasing Docker Brad Hill, after his comments on Perth radio last week about his homesick girlfriend.

AFL.com.au is reporting that Hill's manager, Colin Young, has confirmed to them that there is interest in the star midfielder.

However, the talk linking Hill with a return to former club Hawthorn, where he won three premierships from 2013-15 is inaccurate, according to Young.

"I've heard the rumours and media innuendo, but we've had absolutely no discussion with Hawthorn … he won't get there," Young said.

"I have had discussions with clubs to find out where Brad sits, based on those Hawthorn rumours, but all it is is light discussion.

"It's not really important which clubs I've spoken to at this point."

Young's comments are consistent with previous comments made by Hill, who has dismissed talk that he wants to move back to Hawthorn.

However, Young also spoke to Channel 7 and elaborated, saying that a move back to Victoria may be inevitable.

“One day his partner would go home and live in Melbourne and naturally they’re fairly close. I’d imagine they’d eventually get married and have children,” Young said.

It's believed that St Kilda, Geelong and Melbourne are amongst the clubs who are looking to add speed to their sides, and are keeping an eye on the developments in Hill's situation.

HIll is having a career year, averaging 24.6 disposals, along with 6.1 score involvements per game.

Meanwhile, Hill's older brother, Stephen, is an unrestricted free agent at the end of the 2019 season, with Gold Coast showing strong interest as they look to add speed to their side.

Stephen is also currently at the Dockers.

Young, who is also Stephen's player manager, told Channel 7 that the pair would like to move as a package deal, potentially throwing a spanner in the Suns' plans.

“They’ve been playing together for three years now and Steve would love to continue to play with Brad,” Young said.

Since Brad moved to Fremantle at the end of 2016, the brothers have played 25 games together.
