The likes of Daniel Menzel, Jordan Murdoch, Tommy Sheridan and Darren Minchington may have new homes as delisted free agents but there are still a host of unsigned players waiting for another club to come calling.
5pm Friday marks the close of the window in which teams can sign delisted free agents, though it then opens for one hour following the completion of the draft on November 23rd.
Delisted players can also try their luck in the rookie draft on the same day.

AFL clubs must submit their final lists by 2pm on Tuesday, November 27th.
We've picked out six players currently without a club that might be worth another crack at the top level.
Jordan Foote
Injury has kept the 22-year-old local product from showcasing his best at the Swans. He has managed six senior games, five of those in Sydney's horror start to 2017.
He has been a prolific ball-winner at NEAFL level, averaging 29 touches and more than five tackles across six reserves games in 2018, all while battling a persistent foot injury.
With age on his side, the midfielder surely represents a reasonably safe bet, either as a re-rookie prospect at the Swans or a fresh start elsewhere.
Hugh Goddard
Goddard was once considered a first-class key position prospect. Injury has since cruelled the 22-year-old's career, limiting him to just 10 senior games in four seasons on the list.
The 196cm Geelong product was delisted by the Saints and has reportedly been training with Carlton in the hope of earning another shot at AFL level.
Big men are often said to develop later and it wouldn't surprise to see Goddard find his way onto another list either as a free agent or through the rookie draft.
Cory Gregson
As with the previous two, Gregson's body has simply let him down thus far in his AFL career.
The 22-year-old has still managed 39 games at one of the strongest clubs in the league, so that has to count for something.
A troublesome navicular injury may scare some teams off the South Australian forward, but if he is able to get it right, he could prove one of the great rookie draft steals.
Billy Hartung
They say you don't have to be dead to be stiff and we reckon Hartung was pretty bloody stiff to get delisted by North.
He played every match for the Roos prior to injuring his hamstring in round 14, averaging 17 touches per game and offering plenty of outside run.
Still just 23, the speedy midfielder is looking for his third club after previously being let go by Hawthorn and we reckon he could bring a lot to a club looking to climb up the ladder.
Harry Marsh
The second Swan on our list and one with plenty of experience. Marsh, 24, has played 25 games in one of the competition's most reliable defensive systems.
Originally from Margaret River, Marsh has been linked with a move to West Coast should he make it to the rookie draft.
The reigning premiers could certainly do a lot worse than adding the mid-size backman to their list.
Jacob Townsend
19 goals from five games, three of them finals. The New South Welshman's run at the end of the 2017 season will go down as one of the all-time season cameos.
The 25-year-old midfield/forward appeared to have secured his future with those performances but struggled to lock himself in Damien Hardwick's best 22 and found himself delisted at the end of 2018.
Both Sydney clubs were thought to be keen but have since pursued other options. The Tigers are expected to grab him in the rookie draft if he isn't picked up before then.
