Port Adelaide key forward Charlie Dixon's return from a nasty ankle injury has been delayed further after he underwent another round of surgery.
Dixon fractured his fibula and damaged ligaments in his ankle in round 21 last year.
He had surgery at the time but his recovery suffered a setback, with an arthroscope required on his ankle this week.

Port Adelaide gave an update on Wednesday but wouldn't put a date on the 28-year-old's return just yet.
"A timeline for his return to playing football will be communicated after an initial period of recovery," the statement read.

The big man kicked 94 goals in 65 games for the Suns before joining the Power ahead of the 2016 season.
Dixon has booted 105 goals in the black, white and teal.
