The powder is barely dry on another AFL season but that means the trade period is just around the corner.
For 17 clubs, the next few months will be about improving their lists in the hope of winning a flag, for the Premiers Melbourne, it's about remaining at the top of the mountain.
As always, there's sure to be plenty of action as clubs wheel and deal in order to fill gaps or get their house in order before Draft night.

Free Agency period
Friday, October 1 - Friday, October 8
Restricted and unrestricted free agents are able to sign with new clubs from October 1.
Robbie Tarrant, Jake Kelly and George Hewett are among those players expected to find a new home through free agency.
Trade period
Monday, October 4 - Wednesday, October 13
Now one of the biggest dates on the AFL calendar, the trade deadline has turned into a must-watch event for all footy fans.
The AFL made the decision to move the deadline to primetime in recent years, allowing fans to watch as clubs scramble to get those last-minute deals over the line.

Who will go number one? Can your team unearth a gem in the later rounds?
Premierships can be won and lost at the National Draft - 16 of the Demons' 22 from Saturday's grand final landed at the club via the draft.
North Melbourne boast the number one pick this year but they may bid on top prospect Nick Daicos who will get to Collingwood via the father-son rule.
This year's Draft will take place on November 24 with the first-round selections, while the rest will have to wait until November 25.
Pre-season and Rookie Drafts
Following the National Draft, the Pre-season and Rookie Drafts will take place on Friday, November 26.
