The AFL Rover's Brownlow leaderboard: Stephen Coniglio and Tom Mitchell go toe-to-toe image

Hawthorn ball-magnet Tom Mitchell earned himself one vote in the loss to Brisbane to draw him level with Stephen Coniglio at the top of the Rover's Brownlow leaderboard after round 17.

Just one vote back sits Brisbane's Dayne Beams who polled three votes against the Hawks to take him to 18 for the season.

Other members of the chasing pack to find themselves among the votes in round 17 were Port Adelaide's Ollie Wines and Western Bulldogs' Jack Macrae who sit on 16 votes.

Melbourne big man Max Gawn also dominated against the Bulldogs to earn himself three votes, taking his total to 14.

Other big names to poll full votes included Rory Laid, Jack Steven, Michael Hurley, Callan Ward, Jeremy McGovern, Isaac Heeney and David Mundy.
