Brayden Maynard found himself in a position no footballer wants to be in during Saturday's grand final between Collingwood and West Coast at the MCG.
The Magpies defender jumped up and turned around to catch a handpass, leaving his midsection exposed and at the perfect height for a big hip and shoulder.
West Coast forward Liam Ryan wasn't going to turn down the invitation to drop a shoulder in, folding Maynard in two with a huge bump.

The hit came midway through the second term as the Eagles were attempting to claw their way back into the game after a slow start.
Collingwood kicked the first five goals of the match but West Coast kicked two late in the first term.
Scoring was hard to come by in the second, with Jordan de Goey finally breaking the drought 20 minutes in.
Though it was again West Coast who finished the stronger, with goals to Mark Hutchings and Luke Shuey bringing them to within two kicks at the main break.
