With round 23 in the books and the top eight locked in, at last we know who will face who in AFL's 2018 final series. 

Kicking off in just under a fortnight, ladder-topping Richmond will take on fourth-placed Hawthorn to open this year's final series.

Meeting in the finals for the first time in history, the reigning premiers will host the blockbuster clash at the MCG.

West Coast and Collingwood will face off in the second qualifying final at Perth Stadium, closing the first week on the Saturday night.
