Following West Coast's decision to axe six players earlier on Monday, Fremantle and Port Adelaide have also announced list changes.

The Dockers have decided not to renew the contracts of four players including Cameron Sutcliffe, Tommy Sheridan, Brady Grey and Luke Strnadica.

Sutcliffe, 26, played 104 AFL games with the Dockers, including their 2013 grand final appearance.

Sheridan is another relatively experienced player who gets the chop after 81 senior games.

Grey was the final senior player delisted after 21 games at the top level.

The moves bring to an end a busy period for the Dockers, who also lost Lachie Neale to Brisbane though welcomed Jesse Hogan, Rory Lobb, Reece Conca and Travis Colyer.

Power small forward Jake Neade was the most high-profile casualty of the cuts at Alberton, with the 66-gamer not receiving a new contract.

He was joined by Dom Barry and Will Snelling.

Former Demon Barry managed 10 AFL games but didn't play since being disciplined by the club's leadership group following an alcohol-related incident during the team's trip to China this year.

Snelling played one senior game, making his debut in 2016.
