Both teams have confirmed their sides ahead the deciding fourth Test of the Border-Gavaskar series in Brisbane.

Injury has forced India into mass changes, with Jasprit Bumrah (abdominal), Ravichandran Ashwin (back spasm), Hanuma Vihari (hamstring) and Ravindra Jadeja (thumb) all omitted after a gruelling third Test in Sydney.

The changes will see Mayank Agarwal, Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur and T. Natarajan called into the side.

For Australia, after Will Pucovski was earlier ruled out with a partial shoulder dislocation, Victorian teammate Marcus Harris has been called into the line-up.

Harris will share the opening duties with David Warner, who has also been named despite concerns over his ongoing groin issue.

The hosts are otherwise unchanged from the third Test at the SCG, which was drawn.

Australia has won the toss, with captain Tim Paine electing to bat.

Australia XI: Marcus Harris, David Warner, Marnus Labuschagne, Steve Smith, Matthew Wade, Cameron Green, Tim Paine (wk, c), Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc, Nathan Lyon, Josh Hazlewood

India XI: Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane (c), Mayank Agarwal, Rishabh Pant (wk), Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Navdeep Saini, Mohammed Siraj, T Natarajan
