Rio Paralympics 2016 TV schedule: Where to watch the games image

One of the main principles behind the Paralympic movement is showing the world what people with disabilities can accomplish, and the 2016 Rio Games will provide a significant stage for that endeavor.

The Rio Paralympics run from Sept. 7-18, with 70 hours of coverage set to be broadcast on NBC and NBCSN. That's up from six hours of coverage from London four years ago.

Online coverage will be comprehensive, with 12 channels of coverage via the Olympic Broadcasting Service to stream on TeamUSA.org.

Here's a day-by-day rundown of what you'll see when you tune in on TV:
