Australia's richest footrace - the Stawell Gift - will be held once again over Easter weekend in the Victorian countryside.

Across three days, there is an 120m handicap feature race for both the men's and women, and also across 70m.

When is the Stawell Gift 2024?

The Stawell Gift event is held over Easter Weekend from Saturday, March 30 to Monday, April 1.

The main events for men and women - Stawell Gift (men) and the Women's Gift (women) - will be held on the Monday.

Is the Stawell Gift on TV?

The Stawell Gift will once again be live and free on the Seven network (including 7+).

The Gift has been broadcast live and free on Seven since 2015. The two-and-a-half-hour program includes the semi-finals and finals of the Stawell Gift and Women’s Gift along with featured invitational races and finals.

The program leads into the Easter Monday AFL blockbuster at the MCG.

What time is the Stawell Gift main event races?

The women's main event - Women's Gift - commences at 1.45pm on Monday, April 1.

The men's main event - Stawell Gift - commences at 2:20pm on Monday, April 1.

Where is the Stawell Gift 2024?

The 142nd Stawell Gift is held in the western Victorian town of Stawell.

Central Park Oval is the site of the Stawell Gift.
