Strength - Liam Gill
The hapless Reds were getting hammered by the Brumbies on Saturday before Liam Gill decided he'd had enough and pulled out the WWE moves on little Nic White.
Unfortunately for the young flanker, his spectacular throw on the Brumbies halfback opened the door for Ben Alexander to score from close range, it also has him facing a lengthy stint on the sideline.
Despite the incident's recklessness and carelessness, it's also a pretty unbelievable example of Gill's explosive strength.
Actions like these are dangerous but they also make pesky halfbacks show the big forwards a bit of respect around the ruck.

Skill – Ruben Zadkovich
The former Newcastle Jets captain has been a bit part player at the high-flying Perth Glory but after being given a rare start against the Wellington Phoenix, Zadkovich drove in a stunning goal from 30 yards to tie the game a 1-1.
Perth ended up losing the match 2-1.

Mental toughness - Daly Cherry-Evans
Daly Cherry-Evans absolutely tore apart the Melbourne Storm defence in an eight minute period on Friday night.
He single handedly set up three tries. The first with a perfect inside flick pass to Tom Symonds, the second with a delicate grubber into the in-goal as he attacked the line, and the third through sheer speed to get him around a sliding defensive line.
In doing so Daly handed teammate Brett Stewart two tries to make him the greatest try scorer ever at Brookie Oval.
All that at the end of a week from hell after signing a big-money deal with Gold Coast Titans.
He was under immense pressure and he responded in spades.

Endurance - Mitch Starc
Mitchell Starc was absolutely struggling. He had just earned his 11th recall to the Aussie test team before failing in hot conditions in the second Test against India at the Gabba.
Shane Warne began bagging him publicly for his poor body language and the critics were out about how he would react.
Teammate Chris Rogers said at the time, “I guess it’s all about how he responds, so hopefully if he gets that opportunity he makes the most of it.”
He got the opportunity and grabbed it with both hands. He has also been the most feared bowler at this year's World Cup, he has induced the highest percentage of play and misses (28.5%) and claimed the amazing figures of 6/28 against the talent Kiwi batting line-up as part of his 16 wickets overall in the tournament.
He's endured through the hard times and silenced his critics.
