Collingwood's Jack Crisp will on Saturday night play his 200th consecutive game for the club, pushing him closer to the all-time AFL record for most games played in a row.
Since joining the club in 2015, the 29-year-old hasn't missed a game. It's Crisp's durability, as well his as versatility, that has made him a cherished club servant.
Crisp has claimed the Copeland Trophy as Collingwood's best and fairest winner in the past two seasons, shifting through half back and midfield.
Yet, with the emergence of superstar Nick Daicos in 2023, he has played a selfless role week in, week out.
So where does Crisp's consecutive games record hold up with the all-time greats?

Most consecutive AFL games played
Crisp's total now sits at 205-straight AFL games, with five of those games coming as a Brisbane Lion. It's good enough to have him third all-time, behind two Melbourne legends.
Irishman Jim Stynes holds the record for most consecutive AFL games (244), with Adem Yze (226) close behind.
At 29 years of age, Crisp is on track to break the consecutive games record, barring any injury or suspension.

Current consecutive AFL games records
Of the current AFL cohort, Crisp sits comfortably in first place prior to Round 19, 2023.
A pair of midfield bulls in Christian Petracca (124) and Jack Macrae (114) sit below, but are unlikely to match the Collingwood midfielder's accomplishment.
Player | Games Streak | Club(s) |
---|---|---|
Jack Crisp | 205 | Brisbane, Collingwood |
Christian Petracca | 124 | Melbourne |
Jack Macrae | 114 | Western Bulldogs |
Charlie Cameron | 109 | Brisbane Lions |
Callum Wilkie | 102 | St Kilda |
The record could have come unstuck in April, with Crisp lucky to escape suspension after leaked images sent in 2018 showed him mentioning illicit substances.
However, the best and fairest winner continued his season and went on to surpass Jock McHale's consecutive games for Collingwood's record in May.

Collingwood's milestone men
Midfielder-forward Taylor Adams and veteran Scott Pendlebury will also be celebrating milestones in Round 19.
Adams is set to play his 200th game against Port Adelaide, having started his career at GWS before moving to Collingwood before the 2014 season.
While the 29-year-old has spent most of those games in the midfield, it's as a forward where he has hurt opposition in 2023.
Former skipper Pendlebury will play in his 375th AFL game, taking him to equal-ninth on the all-time games record.
The silky midfielder has played a huge role in the Magpies' premiership tilt and has guided Brownlow-favourite Daicos in the midfield.
Collingwood takes on Port Adelaide on Saturday, in what looms as a potential Grand Final matchup.
