It's best and fairest season for the AFLW as teams start holding awards nights.

Following an exciting and impressive Season Seven in the women's competition, teams are slowly but surely unveiling who will be crowned club champion.

The Sporting News reveals every best and fairest winner and leaderboards for each club.

Adelaide 

Anne Hatchard

Hatchard has notched up her third best-and-fairest, surpassing Erin Phillips' pair and making history.

The midfielder just held off partner-in-crime Ebony Marinoff and Chelsea Biddell.

Hatchard was dominant in Season Seven, averaging 23.5 touched, 5.5 tackles and 4.5 clearances per game.

The 24-year-old was trailing Marinoff but an impressive preliminary final lifted her to first place.

Bates has been crowned Lions best and fairest for a record fourth time.

Teammate Anderson was leading the count at the end of the home-and-away season but a strong finals series saw the midfielder storm home to take the prestigious award.

Hill won her maiden Carlton best and fairest, pipping Abbie McKay in an enthralling count.

The 20-year-old played her first full season after suffering an ACL injury in 2021 and was a clear standout through the midfield.

Hill averaged over 23 disposals, including a career-high 33 touches against Melbourne.

Debuting in 2019, the 22-year-old was impressive throughout all 10 home-and-away games in Season Seven.

Playing across multiple positions, Allen was rewarded for her versatility and consistency.

In its first season, Prespakis took out the inaugural Essendon best and fairest.

Crossing from Carlton, the 22-year-old continued her stellar career and capped it off with her fourth overall club champion award.

Prespakis led from the front, playing all 10 games, gathering 24 possessions across the season.

She capped off a stellar season by winning comfortably in the Dockers' best-and-fairest count, taking the crown from Hayley Miller and Aine Tighe.

Amy McDonald

Amy McDonald has won her third consecutive best-and-fairest at Geelong, putting her with some of the stars of AFLW.

In what was a two-player race, McDonald (127 votes) managed to just beat out gun Georgie Prespakis (123 votes).

McDonald’s finest season to date was also capped off with her first selection in the All Australian team.

The star Cat is only the second player in Geelong’s history across men’s and women’s programs to win three consecutive Club Best and Fairest awards.

Charlie Rowbottom

After finishing second to Alison Drennan by one vote in S6, Rowbottom's 2022 (S7) campaign was rewarded with the Suns' club champion.

Playing all 10 games and not missing since debuting in round 1, the 19-year-old was a standout for the Queensland club.

Averaging 22.5 touches, six clearances and seven tackles, Rowbottom has shown plenty of promise for the future.

Alyce Parker

Parker continues to re-write the record books as she claimed her fourth consecutive Gabrielle Trainor Medal.

The 22-year-old led from start to finish, leaving little doubt of her teammates catching her in the count.

Parker is the first male or female to win four best-and-fairests at the Giants and still has plenty of good footballer ahead of her.

The 18-year-old finished five votes clear of veteran Erin Phillips and Abbey Dowrick.

Ewings was taken with pick one in the 2022 AFLW Draft and was also recognised as the NAB AFLW Rising Star for her efforts in Season Seven.

Conti has claimed a history-making fourth consecutive Richmond AFLW best-and-fairest, tying with club legend Jack Dyer.

Conti's Season Seven was superb, which resulted in an entertaining count that saw her pip teammates Eilish Sheerin and Gabby Seymour.

This is the 22-year-old's fifth AFLW best-and-fairest, including the one she won at the Western Bulldogs.

Conti was also named the AFLW players' MVP and finished second in the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year Award and AFLW Season 7 League Best and Fairest this year.
